FOR the primary time ever, Beef Australia is internet hosting a free culinary workshop for all chefs and apprentices.
This workshop is designed to assist native chefs improve all issues beef on their menus within the lead up to Beef Australia 2018, May 6 – 12.
Beef Australia Celebrity Chef Coordinator Shane Bailey and Australian chef legend Matt Golinski, will be showcasing their expertise and methods in a two hour workshop designed to get the artistic juices flowing forward of the CQ Food Excellence awards.
“We have personally invited over 160 pubs, golf equipment, cafes and eating places from Rockhampton and surrounds to attend the workshop and take up this nice alternative,” Beef Australia Catering and Functions Coordinator Kelly-Rae Smith stated.
“Numbers are restricted and it’s first in best dressed, anybody who would really like to attend should RSVP by February 14, we now have already had a fantastic response with spots filling up quick.”
Chefs Shane Bailey and Matt Golinski will be showcasing flavour, look, texture and wow issue – all of the elements to an inspiring, mouth-watering beef culinary delight.
“Australian beef is the best meat on earth and we’d like to showcase that within the Beef Capital,” Mr Bailey stated.
“The prime cuts are nice however there’s a lot extra we will placed on our menus, the secondary cuts, or as we name them the tasty cuts, can be executed low and sluggish or fast and straightforward, include probably the most flavour, and are higher on the price range.
“When guests come to Rocky they need to eat Beef, so Matt and l plan to present 5 totally different cuts such because the Bavette and the hanger in an interactive and enjoyable session.”
