William Blue Dining offering $43 three course fine dining

“We get lots of walk-in. About 50 per cent of diners don’t realise it’s a training restaurant,” he stated. “We are over the moon with our rating on TripAdvisor. Chefs have a high standard and it’s fantastic for us being a student-run restaurant.”

The restaurant serves about 60 diners a day, charging $43 for a three-course meal, which modifications each six weeks.

Trainee chef Lauren Coulter, 20, stated the score “proves the course’s reputation and that we can uphold the standard we had in our training.”
